Cousin's agent, Willie McKay: "We do not know what is going on with Daniel's position at Hull at the moment.
"We have heard Newcastle could be interested in signing Daniel on loan and that is something he would seriously consider.
"He would be interested in a move to Newcastle as they are a massive club and if he is not getting regular first-team football at Hull he might have to move to get that."
