Hull City boss Phil Brown, who has only been a full-time boss for three years, thinks Keegan did the right thing and insists that the manager should always have the final say where football-related decisions are concerned.
Brown told the Daily Mirror: "The first issue Kevin Keegan's situation highlights is that all football decisions must be finalised by the manager.
