Chris Hughton: “What I have always said about Andy is that he is a player of potential.
“He still has a lot of work to do on his game, though.
“It really is up to him how good he can be and where he goes from here.
“How good do I think he can be? It’s something that you can never tell with a player who is 20 years old.
“But we know he has huge potential and it is now up to him and the club to make sure he continues his development.”
