Hughton MUST Be Replaced!

Hughton's record is absolutely SHOCKING! He is claiming the win at the Hawthorns as his own (his ONLY win) when we all know Joe Kinnear picked and prepared the team ... then suffered his heart problem and was rushed to hospital.

We said it two weeks ago ... and we will say it again ... stick with Hughton and we will be playing Championship football next season.

Of course Newcastle were fired up to face Man Utd ... EVERY team in the country is fired up when they face them.

Lose at Hull City (who have the worst home record in the league) and we are facing the serious reality of relegation.

Hughton said at the weekend "relegation has never crossed my mind".

Four hours later, after the Bolton game: "We must face facts, we are in a relegation fight".

Hughton: "It leaves us in a fight at the wrong end of the table, and it's going to be a fight that's going to take us right through to the last weeks of the season.

"But on the back of a very disappointing result last week [at Bolton], our main object was to be able to bounce back.

"We could have bounced back in two ways: one, by getting a result, which was always going to be very difficult against a Manchester United team in such good form and with such choices; but the one thing we wanted to do was put on a spirited enough performance.

"It was a very disappointed changing room. It was a changing room that put on a spirited enough performance to get something from the game, and everybody who saw the game would admit that."
