Chris Hughton: "I'm very happy (that they have a say), and it wouldn't just be those four players.
"We have a lot of experience in that changing room, and what happens when you have a lot of experience is you have to use that experience – you have to make them feel part of the process.
"It's something we've done to great value this season. It's not only those four, it's all the senior players we have.
"They've not only been big players on the pitch, they have been big players off the pitch.
"It's the right part of what I believe is good management to use the strengths you have, and certainly the experience we have is a big strength for us."
