Not OK for Hatem

He wants to play in France but the deal has been put on hold because UEFA claim: "The rule says a player can only play for TWO clubs in a season and Hatem has already played for two."

He was on LOAN at Hull City and played a Reserves game for Newcastle ... and UEFA claim loan and reserve games count.

But it's OK for Adam

But hang on ... Newcastle United pair Callum Roberts and Adam Campbell have signed for Gateshead on loan.

Forward Roberts, 17, and 20-year-old Campbell have joined the promotion-chasing non-league club on emergency youth loan.

They will also be elgible to play for Newcastle for the length of the loans, which run to February 14.

But striker Campbell has already had spells at Hartlepool United and Fleetwood Town this season, as well as Newcastle's Under-21 team.

So, if he plays for Gateshead, that is his FOURTH team this season.
