Graeme Souness has told his players that there will be no official Christmas party. Souness believes that trouble would be waiting for the players no matter where they ended up.
He told The Sun newspaper: “I cannot stop the players from having a quiet drink together but there will be NO official Christmas party for them.
“Word would leak out where they were going and all sorts of people would be up there waiting for them.”
