Former Toon Striker Back On Mackemland!

Following Sunderland's 3-0 Premier League defeat at Everton, new boss Ricky Sbragia confirmed Chopra's loan spell at Ninian Park was over and that he would be returning to the Stadium of Light.

Cardiff's official website: "The loan of Michael Chopra finishes on Wednesday, December 31, and Sunderland wish him to return to the Stadium of Light.

"We would like to thank Michael for the last two months and wish him all the best on his return to Sunderland."
