He qualifies to play for either of the two home countries but he goes into the England Under-19 squad for the game against Belarus at Meadow Lane (Notts County) on Tuesday September 11th.Carroll: "I qualify for Scotland through my grandad, and I was asked to play for them against Austria. But England was always going to be my choice and I cannot wait for the match".
