Newcastle United defender Taylor has been forced out of the squad because of an Achilles injury he picked up in the relegation run-in.The 23-year-old was left devastated by the club's drop in to the Championship, and his spirits were not helped by missing this summer's competition for the young England side.
England reached the semi-finals last night with a superb 2-0 win over Spain.
