He left the field but returned to the pitch after treatment to strike a 25th-minute equaliser.
Adam Sadler: "We were looking to give him 45-60 minutes.
"He had that kick, and when we sat down at half-time, we just felt as a precaution we'd get him off then, and keep him right. It was a pure precaution."
