Chopra And Shola Together At Grimsby?

Newcastle United striker Michael Chopra gets a rare start in tonight's Carling Cup tie at Grimsby Town tonight knowing he must make the most of his chance. The 21-year-old striker will partner either Alan Shearer or Shola Ameobi at Blundell Park knowing that this is a make-or-break time for him with United.
It's only his third start and he would love to add to the only goal he has for United, in the Intertoto Cup tie against Dubnica in Slovakia in the opening game of the season.
Chopra: "I have to try and score in every game I play, and I know my chances will be limited this season with Alan Shearer and Michael Owen up front. If anyone thinks Grimsby will be easy, you just have to look at who they beat in the last round when they knocked out Spurs.
"I know how they will play as I spent a season at Barnsley. Grimsby were a division below Barnsley, but I'm know what I'll be up against, if selected. I won't be intimidated or put off my game. I scored goals at that level for Barnsley, and if I play I'll be looking for more."
