Last updated : 09 December 2014 By Footy Mad - Editor

Qualified: Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Paris St-Germain, Barcelona, Chelsea, Porto, Shakhtar Donetsk.

Can qualify: Olympiacos, Juventus, Basle, Liverpool, Monaco, Zenit St Petersburg, Roma, Manchester City, CSKA Moscow, Schalke, Sporting Lisbon.

GROUP A

Atletico Madrid are through and will win the group so long as they do not lose by two goals or more at Juventus, who will advance with a draw, if Olympiacos do not win at home to Malmo.

GROUP B

Five-time champions Liverpool to progress must beat Basle, who will advance with a draw. Real Madrid put their 100 per cent record to the test against Ludogorets, who are out.

GROUP C

A draw with Zenit St Petersburg would be enough for Monaco to progress, while a win could see the Ligue 1 side take top spot from Bayer Leverkusen, who play eliminated Benfica. Zenit will be through if they beat Monaco.

GROUP D

Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal are through, with the Germans needing to lose for the English side to clinch the group. A draw for Dortmund against Anderlecht and a hat full of goals for Arsenal at Galatasaray could see the English side go top.

GROUP E

Three teams have five points. Manchester City must win at Roma and hope CSKA Moscow do not beat already-qualified Bayern Munich to advance. A win - or even a draw - against City may be enough for the Italians, while the Russians must win.

GROUP F

A draw for Paris St-Germain against Barcelona will be enough for the Frenchmen to clinch the group. Both sides are already through.

GROUP G

Chelsea have won the group and play Sporting Lisbon, who will join them in the last 16 if Schalke do not win at eliminated Maribor. A draw may be enough for the Portuguese side to advance.

GROUP H

Porto and Shakhtar Donetsk have qualified ahead of their meeting in Portugal, with Athletic Bilbao and BATE Borisov playing for a consolation place in the Europa League.
