Celtic Disgrace!

POP

The ban follows protests by supporters who claim poppies are " hugely insensitive" to Irish fans.

How about the Celtic poppy ban being " hugely insensitive" to the families of Scottish soldiers who have died serving their country? After all Celtic DO officially play in the Scottish League?

The Poppy Appeal, with its 48 member charities, helps raise millions for war veterans injured in active service.

A charity insider said : " We've never been turned away by any of the big clubs and we find it shocking that Celtic would implement this ban ."

As if that is not bad enough ... 100 fans walked out of a match in 2008 when players wore poppies on their shirts!

Totally undefendable. What the hell is that all about?

AND THEY WONDER WHY WE DON'T WANT THEM IN THE ENGLISH LEAGUE!

Our young goalkeeper Fraser Forster is on loan at the club until the end of the season, although he can be recalled in January if Steve Harper's recovery from injury doesn't go to plan.
