Celtic And Rangers Would Bring NOTHING To The Premiership!

They have manipulated the Scottish League for 100 years ... and there was outrage in Chilly Jocko Land this season when it was suggested that the Old Firm's annual guaranteed trek into Europe could be broken by giving one of the Champions League places to the Scottish Cup winners rather than the top two.

The SFA would have none of it! Dundee United, Hearts or Hibs in the Champions League and NOT the Old Firm? You cannot have that! After all ... the Scottish Premiership is a "two team league" and that's how it ALWAYS has to be!

So Hartley has a pipe dream to play in the Premiership. Well let's hope some Premiership team makes a bid for him ... because Celtic and Rangers are doomed to Scottish mediocrity.

Paul Hartley: "I don't think there would be a problem with Celtic and Rangers competing in the English Premier League.

"Some Scottish clubs might think it's a bad idea because if you look at most of the away games, it's our fans that fill the stadium.

"But I think we would be a great addition because we've got the fan base.

"The only problem in Scotland is that we don't have the revenue.

"But if we went to England then we would get the television money and that would make us stronger."
