Boro change ends LuaLua’s friendly hopes

Lomana LuaLua has been invited to appear for Africa against a Rest of the World XI in a charity friendly on March 4, but is now very unlikely to be able to play in the game.

The game at Bolton is intended to raise money for Kanu’s Heart foundation and it was an honour for LuaLua to be selected for the match.

Unfortunately for the youngster imaginary snow has put paid to his hopes of appearing.
