Bellars On His Way To Athens

Liverpool beat Chelsea 4-1 on penalties to reach the Champions League final with Jose Reina the hero after saving from Arjen Robben and Geremi.

The Reds had won a tense second leg at Anfield 1-0 thanks to Daniel Agger's 22nd-minute strike, to make the game level at 1-1 on aggregate.

Extra-time failed to settle the sides and it was left to Bolo Zenden, Xabi Alonso, Steven Gerrard and Dirk Kuyt to convert from the spot, while saves by Reina from Robben and Geremi sending the Reds into their seventh European Cup final.

It was rumoured Bellamy would be sold in the summer after the firey striker attacked a team-mate on a Spanish gold course with a golf club, but Liverpool have been quick to say he will still be at Anfield next term.
