Pompey are giving a trial to the former Chelsea and Newcastle defender.

Babayaro was festering away on the treatment table at St James' Park, telling us he had everything from piles to toothache.

But the Newcastle board decided to cut their losses on a player who obviously was never going to be well enough to wear the black and white again.
