Ashley has been branded "incompetent" and accused of "gross mismanagement" in a joint condemnation from two fanzines.
And he's been told fans are "sickened" and "disgusted" at Keegan's departure and the state of their club.
The Mag and True Faith ... which in truth are the same publication under a different banner ... want to see a noisy demonstration against Ashley, managing director Derek Llambias and executive director Dennis Wise.
"The Mag and True Faith believe there has been a fundamental break in trust between board and support.
"We have been inundated by requests from supporters keen to take action against those within the boardroom.
"We are recommending action in protest at its appalling treatment of Keegan and the entirely unworkable structure it has established, namely around the club's transfer policy."
