Mike Ashley will "only buy" Scottish Championship side Rangers if "he sells Newcastle United," according to Alan Nixon of the Daily Mirror.
Ashley has "increased his stake" in Rangers -- "as Sunday People Sport first revealed -- but he is not looking to take over yet."
The Daily Mirror reports 49-year-old Ashley "believes the Gers are a huge project and would buy them if he can focus on it entirely. But right now, Newcastle is taking up all of his time".
