The 17-year-old centre back is again expected to captain the team as they face the Czech Republic (7pm 12th March, Deva Stadium Chester), Slovakia (7pm 14th March Reebok Stadium, Bolton) and Scotland (4pm 15th March Prenton Park, Tranmere).
Meanwhile Ross Gardner and Lewis Guy have been included in the England Under-18 squad to face Switzerland in Lugano on March 12.
Alan O’Brien has been included in the republic of Ireland Under-19 squad for the friendly tournament in Portugal later in the month and Stephen Brennan has been selected in the Irish squad for the World Under-20 championship in the UAE.
