Speed to face Bosnia

Speed has been out of action since December with a hernia problem and with only the Arsenal game before the Champions League trip to Bayer Leverkusen Sir Bobby presumably feels that it would be good for him to get some match practice in.

"There is no need for me to question whether he ought to play for Wales," Sir Bobby told the BBC.

"I'll to give him the go-ahead to play for Wales and if Mark Hughes wants to play him then that's fine.

"My only message to Mark Hughes is to look after him, and that maybe 90 minutes is too much for him.

"But I wouldn't have any complaints if he went away and did play.

"He's in good shape. He's trained very hard. Apart from match play, his physical condition is the same as it was before he got injured."
