Staying on Tyneside
Alerted by a match winning performance, which looks set to see Italian manager Trapattoni sacked, Juventus, Inter and AC Milan have added Bellamy to their shopping lists.

But Sir Bobby won’t be listening to megabucks offers from Italy, as he told the Sunday Sun.

"I'm not talking about Craig Bellamy leaving the club. He has another two years here and he is in the process now of talking about another contract," said Robson.

"Craig is really enjoying his football at Newcastle and he's said to me: 'What beats this?'

"We just want to keep him. This is a big club playing in the most solvent league in the world at the moment.

"Years ago, players had to go abroad to make big money. Now, the money is in the Premiership."

Too right Bobby, Bellamy is the player we can least afford to lose.
