Collymore: "On Saturday morning not many people would have given Portsmouth much chance at Man United or Barnsley a prayer against Chelsea.

"But they both produced magnificent performances to win and give us a real taste of what the Cup should all be about.

"Barnsley's win, in particular, brought to mind Wrexham beating Arsenal and Hereford overcoming Newcastle.

"The Cup has been too much of a closed shop in recent years and you have to go back to Everton in 1995 for the last time one of the Big Four didn't win it.

"That sort of domination by a select band of clubs can't be good for the game.

"I can't wait to hear the Pompey Chimes at Wembley for the semis - and who knows, maybe an English manager to win some silverware this season?

"Or a Welsh one? You try telling Simon Davey his Barnsley side can't go all the way after beating Liverpool and Chelsea."
