United had agreed a £250,000 deal with Bournemouth's administrators for Vokes, but within 24 hours Bournemouth had bought their own club back from the administrators and the Vokes deal has gone on ice.
 
That could mean the Cherries could look to up the price now they know Aston Villa have shown an interest.

On Wednesday he will line up for Wales in the Euro Under-21 qualifier with Bosnia and I'm sure he will be in the spotlight.

But the fact that, should he sign, United would loan him back to Bournemouth, could turn the deal.
