The England international was dropped earlier this year for Radek Cerny, but forced his way back into the Spurs line-up and starred in the Carling Cup final win over Chelsea.
Robinson: "As soon as I came out of the side, my target was to get back into the team as soon as possible.
"I've played all my career without featuring in a cup final, so I didn't want to miss out.
"Contrary to all the reports about handing in a transfer request or whatever, the truth of the matter is I got my head down and worked as hard as I possibly could to get my place back in the team."
