Juve have been trying to sell him since January of this year, with Tottenham Hotspur and Atletico Madrid both unsuccessfully tabling offers.
But the Italian giants are ready to send him to Newcastle.
The Gazzetta claims that Newcastle have now come to an agreement with Juventus that will see Tiago move to St James Park on a one-year loan deal, with the Premiership club then having the option to make the move permanent next summer for a fee of €10m.
