Milner Out Of The Frying Pan Into ... The Fire Of Villa Park

James Milner, who is on loan at Villa Park until the end of the season, made his debut at Upton Park and, disappointed at being on the receiving end of a 4-0 drubbing, has spoken with determination about making immediate amends.
"We know we can do better than we did against West Ham,'' said Milner.
"The best thing we can do is to make sure we learn from that defeat and go out and get a good result against Tottenham.
"They are a good side but Villa Park is always a hard place for teams to come and play and hopefully we can get three points. It is important that we all put behind us what happened at Upton Park. That is difficult at the moment but we have to look forward rather than back.
"Things can only get better and I am really looking forward to making my first appearance at Villa Park."
