Keegan 'Shola Isn't A Kid Anymore - I Want More From Him'!

Keegan: "I have already sat with Shola and told him what I think.

"There is a danger with somebody like Shola that when you sit in a room with him, you think he's just a young lad.

"But he's 26 now, so he's either got to make the breakthrough quite quickly or look at somewhere else he can do it.

"My intention is to work with him and help him. And because he is a forward, it is right in my area of expertise.

"That's where I played, I know what it is like and how tough it is.

"I don't know what it's like to be 6ft 3in, that's for sure!

"But there is a better player in Shola than we have seen at the moment.

"I really believe that, but the big test will be when Shola gets his chance and he will get his chance between now and the end of the season and he has to endorse that with his performances.

"What I see I like, and there is a lot to work on.

"Although he is 26, he is younger than that in terms of experience.

"There are a lot of challenges here now and Shola is one that I relish."
