"He has stopped wanting to run every game, and instead is just trying to do a good job for the team. He will catch the attention of people by doing that as he's a strong and determined lad.
"He did all the things he's capable of doing, and did away with some of the things that are tougher for him.
"The things you want to do and the things you're capable of doing are sometimes different."
