Dan Gosling: "It was really hard for me. Some of the sessions were tough and there were some dark days where I didn't think I could do it, but I got through it.
"The physios were really good with me, all the other lads were good as well and I had my family encouraging me all the time.
"It was tough, but I managed to come through it and I'm just glad it's all behind me now.
"I got a couple of minutes at Sunderland - and we conceded as well, so it wasn't a memorable couple of minutes.
"But I am looking forward to the season and hopefully I can have a bigger impact this year.
"I was in the standsthe last time Arsenal came here. It was probably one of the best games I have ever seen, coming back from 4-0 down at half-time - it was just doom and gloom and people were leaving.
"Then in the second half, we came out a different team and got four goals back - and we could probably have even won the game.
"It was crazy. I was jumping up and down in the box.
"It made us have a never-say-die attitude. In football, anything can happen. It takes a split-second to score a goal, as we proved.
"At 4-0 down, I don't think anyone would have put a bet on us coming back - I don't think we would have, to be honest, at the time, but we now know we can do it and we will never give up.
"Everyone encourages each other - there's always moaning out on the pitch, but that's part and parcel of football, you get that everywhere.
"But once you come off it, everyone is laughing and joking and it is a great family environment."
