'Goldfish Bowl' Pressure Too Much For Jenas!

The player who said he wanted to leave St James' Park because "it is a goldfish bowl" ... choked as he strode up to take the penalty that would have taken Spurs into the quarter finals of the UEFA Cup.

Dimitar Berbatov put the tie with PSV Eindhoven back on level terms but Tottenham crashed out 6-5 on penalties at the Philips Stadium.

Jenas missed Tottenham's fifth and final penalty that would have put them threw, but the tie went to sudden death and Pascal Chimbonda failed from the spot.

Ex-Newcastle defender Jonathan Woodgate: "No-one likes to lose on penalties, it is not nice really - but we did not play well in the first leg.

"They did not have a chance in this game and we kept them busy but full credit to them, they got through on the night."
