Fulham For UEFA Cup! That Sums Up The Sad State Of Football!

Danny Murphy's 76th-minute header saved Roy Hodgson's team from relegation, yet they will probably be in the UEFA Cup next season.

Apparently it is a reward for their success in the European Fair Play League.

England have already clinched another UEFA Cup place, which looked certain (up until Sunday) to be going Manchester City.

But City had Richard Dunne sent off in their 8-1 trouncing at Middlesbrough and it is thought this could be enough to put them behind the Cottagers in the Fair Play League.

Today we also hear the FA say our exit from Euro 2008 is down to "the lack of skill taught to school kids", when every man and dog knows only too well that it was the FA's decision to appoint Steve McClaren as England manager that cost us!

But the FA want no part of it. Let's blame the kids instead of the "Wally With The Brolly"!
