Former Newcastle United striker Louis Saha has played down speculation linking him with a move away from Old Trafford, insisting he is focused on regaining his fitness.
Saha's future has been the subject of intense speculation this summer with both Bolton and Roma rumoured to be interested in securing his services.

Louis Saha: "I am a football player, and I could not play so far. Today, only the pitch matters to me.
"I have worked all summer long. There were facilities close to my home so I have worked with a specific program. I know what I want - to be fit for resumption.
"I am under contract at Manchester until 2010. Moreover the coach didn't say anything to me yet, neither about a transfer or a loan.
"I don't hide anything. I tell it again: I have to play before thinking about anything else.
"I forecast nothing before knowing what will happen for me."

Luis came on loan during Ruud Gullit's term in office and looked very exciting in the few games he played. He scored a quite spectacular goal against Blackburn Rovers in the FA Cup to take Newcastle into the cup quarter finals. Money was not made available and he went on to superstar status at Fulham.
