This is obviously the last thing Emre wanted planted on his doorstep.

The Turkish midfielder already faces a similar charge after words were exchanged between Emre and Everton players at Goodison Park.

Following on from an incident at St James' Park when United played Reading, when there was a bust up between Emre and the Reading coaching staff.

Yobo did not want to press charges in that incident, but Howard and Lescott have both given evidence to the FA, and now Bagura has submitted a written statement claiming more abuse from Emre.

Bolton forward El-Hadji Diouf was also contacted by the FA after suggestions that further remarks were made to him by Emre, but he declined to get involved.
