Having been denied the chance of being part of the all conquering Super Eagles squad to the Africa Nations in South Africa, Newcastle United striker Shola Ameobi, has again pledged his international future to the Super Eagles.
Super Eagles scribe, Dayo Enebi Achor, broke the news to Head Coach, Stephen Keshi, during lunch in Kaduna where the national team is currently preparing for a crunch African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier against the Elephants of Cote D' Ivoire.
"He said the clause has been removed and he will be ready to play for the Super Eagles anytime he is called upon", Achor said in a statement sent to journalists.
He quoted the vastly experienced striker as saying, "I will love to play for Nigeria under Stephen Keshi because he is a good coach, above all I am very proud to be a Nigerian and will always grab the opportunity to don the green white colours of my fatherland."
